2. What we are licensed to do
We act as an intermediary for short term insurance for small retailers. We render intermediary services in respect of the product categories on our FSP licence. If you would like a copy of the licence, or to confirm the categories, ask us and we will send it. You can also verify our licence with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority on 0800 110 443 or at www.fsca.co.za.
3. The insurer
Your policy is underwritten by The Hollard Insurance Company Limited (FSP 17698). Riot and civil unrest cover is provided through SASRIA SOC Ltd. Hollard carries the insurance risk and is responsible for paying valid claims. Vuleka administers the policy and handles the claim on your behalf.
4. How we are paid

5. Conflicts of interest
We maintain a conflict of interest policy, which is available on this site and on request.
6. Professional indemnity and guarantees
We hold the professional indemnity and or fidelity cover required for our licence category. We do not guarantee the performance of any product, and we do not accept premiums into an unauthorised account.
